The Bee Are Buzy Now!

Bee Pollen also contains enzymes, phytosterols, free amino acids, fatty acids with a good proportion of Omega 3 and 6 fatty acids, naturally chelated minerals, and whole vitamin complexes. Horses have evolved over centuries naturally foraging for these nutrients: a diet of only hay and grain deprives them of this super food. It is also great for competitive horses as it helps with stress.

Bee Pollen is incredibly concentrated with plant nutrients. These phytonutrients number in the thousands. They include bioactive compounds like bioflavonoids, organic esters and carotenoids. These nutrients fall into the category of Polyphenols, and they often function as antioxidants Bee Pollen contains the highest antioxidant activity and polyphenol content of any fruit, vegetable or natural plant antioxidant, including beta-carotene.

I like to put Bee Pollen on my cereal in the morning or add it to my shakes because it is such a power natural food.
